Ideal Restaurant Supply - Return Policy

Products should not be returned without first obtaining a return authorization number( RA#). All items must be returned brand-new in original packing with the receipt. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All refunds will be made in the form of store credit. No returns on cutlery or furniture.  All custom fabricated items and/or special orders are not subject to cancellation after 24 hours. Refunds on a deposit made within 24 hours are subject to a 5% fee. After 24 hours a store credit of the deposit  less 5% fee will be given. Customer must contact the original manufacturer for warranty exchange of the damaged or defective products if applicable. Additional charges may be occurred for Products returned with missing parts or broken items such as manuals or accessories. All return shipments to be prepaid by customer.
